Northern Illinois. We get it all; hot, cold, snow, tornados (well, most are South of 42 degrees North which is the WHY for Northern Illinois). It's surprising how far North in the States it gets really hot. But we're talking high 90's(sorry rest of the world, Fahrenheit), although it can exceed that. After all, it ain't Phoenix. IMO, snow is simply a time waster. That's what I don't like. But in this area, a couple drops of rain clearly shows who the morons are.
