I agree with you JG, I really do, but the problem isn't going to go away by passing laws or enforcing laws aimed at applying band aids. We need to really understand what's driving the problem before we can hope to resolve it and at a very basic level it is governments that have created the problem, not the people. So we set about correcting government but it fails time and again by repeating historical mistakes.
