No problem p_j. I worked hard and lost a lot of weight then circumstances made it difficult to get out there and get the exercise. I've kept most of it off and things have come around for now to where I can get out there and do the stuff that helped me take it off. We'll see how it goes.
And I really did go out and walk for over an hour at sunrise this A.M.
