Nope, it was already in free fall before you stepped in. It's funny how the previous administration liked to talk about all the things they inherited from Clinton almost 4 years into their term, yet 2 months in and people are saying stuff like this is the new Prez's fault. Perspective is a hilarious thing sometimes.
