Hell Duane, no need to swap in a different motor to make that Voyager fly. Here's the deal, yank the tranny out and have it rebuilt to a heavy duty spec and then drop a twin turbo set up off a Mitsu 3000GT VR4 on the motor. You'd have a bona fide sleeper that would stomp the pejeebers outta most anything you came across with it smileys with beer

This is assuming it has the 3.0l V-6 which actually is a SOHC variant of the DOHC twin turbo 3.0l motors used in the 300GTs.

BTW, here's a way to save BIG $$ anytime you need engine parts (if it's a 3.0). Don't even talk to a Chrysler dealer! Call up Mitsu and tell 'em you need parts for a 3000GT (DOHC variant) or a Montero (SOHC variant). Mitsu sells their (identical) parts for typically 40-50% less than Chrysler does.
