This has been widely dismissed already. The Linux results were combined from several Linux distros, and almost all were minor issues. The reason these minor issues are reported at all is because Linux is open source, and so more people are checking the code. In contrast, MS and Apple actually go out of their way to cover up security issues. The fact that virtually all Zombies and spam bots out on the net are Windows machines should tell you something...
