In terms of her 'fucking her way to Mythbusters" I doubt that. She wears multiple rings indicating both fem-fag, and boy-fag relationships.
She just wants to be the 'pixie' of the show, a tomboy, but it's fake. On cam she's "cute" but in person, she's ambitious, and ruthless.
Mythbuster fans: Ask yourself the question: What happened to Scottie Chapman, and the other babes that were 'Mythterns'? Why is Kari still there?
This observation and comment is not anicdotal. It was first hand. I was on set for 4 of the episodes.
