We have supported tons of dictatorships, sometimes you have no choice and pick the lessor of the two evils. But now that we are trying to do something right by giving people freedom or capitalism as you call it, and at the same time make ourselves safer since true democracies deal with the evil in their own society’s, the left wants nothing to do with it. The fact of the matter is the left has changed dramatically from what it used to be and all they want to do now is do away with capitalism, a system that is not perfect but actually works. So you get a clue.
