What I know is that any nation where the people have no democratic voice in their government is a slave state. There was a time when everyone in the US was against slavery of any kind and the left-wing lead the charge. Nowadays the left-wing doesn't want to sacrifice a single brave life to bring freedom and justice to the world. There is really something perverse about that. We live in a spoiled nation where we are fat and comfortable bitching every time a politician says something we don't like and many give little thought to those who can't open their mouths because they will be locked up or killed for doing the same.
