The first decent thing I've heard out of his mouth, was him taking FULL responsibility for shooting his buddy. There is no such thing as an "accident", someone is always responsible for "accident" wether it's neglect of something or being unobservant, or a list of causes for their effects.
In this case it was being unobservant while HUNTING, hunting, no less. I'd say 99% of hunting is observing. Cheny is an AWSOME hunter, comparitivly as to his vice presidency.
