Our government should find him and slowly torture him...start by taking a sledge hammer and smashing his balls......assuming he has any.
Then they should take needle-nose pliers and slowly pull off all of his fingernails/toenails. Then leave the rest to the new yorkers. The new yorkers will end up doing worse than what I suggested.
Then, film everything, make many copys and drop them from planes all over the middle east. Show them that we have won. Okay I am done now. : )
