This flag was designed several decades ago. The blue represents the sky and Pacific Ocean. White represents the clouds and snow clad mountains. Green represents the forests and fields. The conifer tree is found through out all the bioregion of Cascadia like the Redwoods of Northern California, the Firs, Cedars, Pine and Spruce captures the essence of Cascadia. The Evergreen as a symbol is found in every Cascadian state and province.
