Even Bill Clinton, the closest thing to a communist we've ever elected, said there was no previous info. With G.W. in office only 8 months when it happened, how/ why in the fuck would this be orcheastraded? This is this biggest bullshit theory ever mentioned. Most governments(with the exception of Mexico) want to take care of its people.
