It looks like the sun reflecting off the edge of the fuselage where the wing root attaches. The fuselage is not round at this point. It never ceases to amaze me the extent to which people will distort reality so that it fits what they want to believe. It disgusts me when people exploit the suspicions of the US government and the gullibility and ignorance of the common person for their personal gain.
