I'm o.k. now, i just had to get some sleep. had a dream about my karate teacher when i lived in Okinawa (he died 5 years ago). he told me to not dwell over stupid young Japanese, because they are completely out of touch with their true heritage and culture. i started the day today with a nice meditation and a workout. i had to promise Oki that my life would be more to his teachings. he was the wisest and most intelligent man i have ever met. maybe this dream was triggered by the loss of my favorite comedian Richard Pryor. both will live on forever in my mind.
