What do you suppose would happen if everyone on this site actually used their real names, and had their profiles accessible, and had the ability to send personal messages to each other? My profile, email address, and even my telephone number are available to members of a motorcycle site I frequent, and guess what? No personal attacks, no name calling, no threats of violence. Politics are not even discussed, and a few of us even get together and go on regional rides, have meals together, and take time to swap stories and get to know each other. Some of the members even went to Italy and met up with someone there, who showed them around and even put them up in his villa! I can safely say without reservation that you seem like a decent chap, as well as Fossil_Digger, Duane, anon238240, and even Mr John_Stone, when he's not going off on some tangent few of us understand! :0) I tell you what, I'll get a login, when I can think of something clever. Didn't know that. Question is, why would I want to throw my ass in the frying pan if I upload an image someone has an issue with? Case in point, the beautiful (in my eyes) religious paintings I posted a while back. While I'm not particularly a devout christian type, I just happen to like old artworks, especially those by the old renaissance masters. But I took some serious heat for it! Frankly, I don't give a rat's ass if anyone WAS bothered by those images. Certainly much nicer to look at than all the posts of that poor black dude's head pasted on everything, and the stupid S&M crap, and all the bullshit porn! If I could post something everyone would agree on, I would, and be happy to take responsibility for it by posting my OWN login name to it.

Gruff's personality just oozes from his posts...I can actually see a middle aged guy with a graying beard cleaning his guns at the kitchen table while sipping on some Wild Turkey. Loose ammunition lies scattered on the floor, and a couple of Rottweiler mix pups sleep nearby in the living room by the TV. A store coupon for some Nalley's chilli con carne is torn out of a newspaper and stuffed into his wallet, which is a black basket weave leather type, and has a chain attached to it.
