When I think or when I read, the voice I hear in my head is the same as the voice I hear when I am speaking...
Sometimes when I read things written by other people, the voice I hear inside my head is different...
example: anything written by skullandchains sounds like beavis...MrKim sounds like Bishop from the movie Waiting...
When I read fossil, I hear Hank Hill...

I think he sounds just like the guy who sang the Cambell's commercial for the "Man Handler" soups from the late 1960's.

If you don't remember that one, then you're just a bunch of punk-assed motherfuckers who were born 10 years too late.

Hell, I was diving under my god-damned 2nd grade classroom desk while the fucking air-raid sirens were goin' off, praying to God and Jesus and anyone else who'd listen that the fucking Russkie A-bomb wouldn't land on my quivering little ass. Ah, what great times those were.....

Duck and cover, bitches!the finger smiley

is it even possible to sound ginger? Fossil sounds ginger to me, a little ginger kid running around in the garden with a tommy helmet on and a wooden machine gun killing Japs or Gerrries or whatever. I think it has to do with the posts of f-d as a kid from way back. Or am I getting f-d confused with the kid on the front of the Mad comics?

just for the record, i sound exactly like Sean Connery. Mish Munnypenny.

I remember those manhandler commercials but never had to do the old duck and cover, probably because the schools I went to were practically on Wright-Patterson Air Force base and everyone figured it would've been a waste of time 'cause we were as good as dead.

I was 7yrs old and proudly watchin Kennedy cruise through our downtown on Tv until .....

Though we did the duck and cover drills many times in school, truly, with Dallas/Ft Worth as a major target with LTV, a Naval Air Base, Air Force Base, the beginnings of General Dynamics, all the various corporate headquarters located here, etc. within a 100 mile radius, we would have been goners regardless too. I seem to remember hearing one time there were 3-5 warheads targetted for DFW if the shit ever hit the fan with the Rooskies.

I guess the freakiest time I can ever remember was one night in the mid 70s at a little after 9pm I could hear 3 different air raid sirens goin off in different locations and .... they kept goin off for like 30 minutes. The skies were clear so I knew it wasn't weather related and since nothin was comin over the Tv or radio about an attack (I have often wondered why they would ever even warn us in the event of an attack anyway) I just went outside and looked up to the sky wondering if this was to be the last night of the world as we knew it.

Thankfully, they all finally went off and I breathed a big sigh of relief smiling smiley

...............

You can upgrade the YouTube video you're watching at any time by just adding "&fmt=18" to the end of the URL, it won't work with all of them, that depends on the quality that was uploaded to YouTube in the first place. YouTube is upgrading their system and it's not just the Video that gets better, the Audio does too.

Also, go to your Channel..... Account...click.... Account/Video Playback Quality/I have a fast connection. Always play higher-quality video when it's available.
