im really not sure. but youd want to hope that it isnt just the end of the road once you die and you become nothingness..if thats the case then im afraid to die. (and would live life to the fullest in that situation..which i try to do nonetheless).
but my belief is there must be some higher plane or spiritual place we go once we die...there are just too many incidents of ppl having spiritual encounters (ie ghosts) for it all to be a big hoax or ppl lying. Thats probably why i highly enjoyed the movie What Dreams May Come. the whole concept of heaven / hell feels strangely realistic. The husband when he dies is in a world that encompasses all that is beautiful and positive in his life experienced on earth(ie heaven), whilst his wife who commited suicide lives in an endless nightmare with a twisted, mutilated version of the home she once lived in (ie hell).
could be reincarnation as well but i tend to find that unlikely. but fuck it would be awesome to be jessica albas thong in her prime.
either way i really believe considering all the human race has achieved and just the sheer spectrum of human emotions etc that the body is simply a vehicle. the body is reaching a point of no return...but the soul is immortal.
It doesn't really matter, because there is no life after all of this.
And if you wish for me to disprove that, you first have to prove that it does exist.
So to prove it, you would have to die and come back to life. And if you could do that, you could start a company or a religion and make a lot of money.
