Well i'm not australian but my observations are that it seems as though the police are belting the shit out of anybody who comes within range.

I live in sydney though not near the violence. Like many cities, the suburbs are concentrated with this race and that. Cronulla's on the beach and they object to outsiders or "westies". A group of middle eastern/lebenese guy beat up two volunteer surf lifesavers a week ago and the text messages started on both the Aussie and Lebenese sides. A group of around 5000 Aussies gathered and after a few beers went wild, bashing anyone who looked Lebenese/Middle Eastern. The Lebs returned fire that night smashing cars and shops in Cronulla and nearby Maroubra. Still out of control

I am in Newcastle and I reckon it will get worse before it gets better.

I honestly believe there will be mothers burying their sons a week out from christmas.

This has been festering for a long time.

We have the same problem in Newcastle with the Sudanese, 3 sudanese boys were charged with molesting a 13 yo girl. They said she deserved it because the had a bikini top on, leading them on. The said it was normal in their country.

Reality check, if you want to do the things that are normal in your old country but against the law in your new country go back to your old country.

Yep, gotta agree with John, there's gonna be shotgun action for sure, or some kind of retaliaton before Christmas or right on the day. Cause both sides are so wound up with anger for all sorts of different reasons. I live on the other side of Sydney but there's always been word of these gang bashings around that area for years.

It hasn't happened where I live yet, cause the people here don't get in the way. They let the law deal with any fuckwits who want to cause trouble............
