i don't think you would fall asleep in this one, unless you have some kind of illness lol, but the price of cokes and the no smoking is a bit retarded... i just couldn't wait for this one though, so what i did was chain-smoked half a pack of marlboro reds right before i went in and weared baggy pants so i could sneak my own cokes in... as for the popcorn; i ate a huge ass meal before i went in so fuck the popcorn! lol

I just watched 'Brick' i was told it is meant to be the next donnie darko. Not even close. A good movie with a well written script, however I thought it missed the mark, i just couldn't believe the charactors and for me that's kinda important in a film. Rental only i'd say.

Im about to watch 'Tom Yum Goong' it's another movie by the same director as Ong-bak which i think is one of the best action movies of all time.

ahh yes, that one lookis nice, lemme know how it goes
i watched kingdom of heaven last night
though it was really gorefest, it coulda used more battles like when the xtians were marching stupidly across the desert without water to fight a fresh army of islamists... woulda loved to see that slaughter, but all that showed was the aftermath
and the siege coulda been more detailed - more like how they did the last battle in the lord of the rings - but all in all it was a pretty descent flick

Picked up an interesting lil DVD today "The 25th Hour". Haddn heard of it, but since I like Edward Norton, figured it couldn't be all bad and it wasn't. It's certainly a different flick, as all Spike Lees stuff usually is and quite a nice bunch of character development in it. The ending kinda sucked, but I dunno where else it could have realistically gone either, so ....

'Tom Yum Goong' was really good btw.. lots of scenes that are done in one take, rather than the usual Hollywood way of doing action scenes - kick, punch, new camera angle, kick kick, new angle, witty comment, new angle. I dunno if it's as good as Ong-bak however (action wise) tho i really did like the story alot more. Well worth watching/purchasing.

idiocracy, yeah i saw that about a month ago
recomended actually... yeah is dumb but still

and i saw redacted right before it disappeared in atl theaters...
a good watch, even though rather depressing, but

before that i saw beowulf in 3d... it wasn't overdone too much with the effects so i gived it four stars... my head did smart a little bit after getting hit in the head while on that dragon ride

maybe i will see that will smith movie today... what's it called, with the zombies and the dog and all that shit???

You mean "omega man"?
No wait, that was the original movie with Charlton Heston that everyone has been copying for the last 40 years.
Still, I like the fresh prince so I'm gonna see it too.
