I was just wondering what kind of images do top (or most popular) uploaders share with us, and I was wondering if they had focused always on the same kind of pictures, or if there has been some evolution. I'd like to investigate this in this topic with your contributions and comments to the uploaders' careers

mkcerusky, are you said at the thread

(Try to post your "ORIGINAL PICTURES" ! Posted by ANDREAS)
"99.9% of my Landscape images are taken by me (or by me wife).
100% of the silly "paint"-ed pictures are made by me.
Most of the pictures representing paintings are taken by me, and usually represent paintings made by me.
The rest (mainly sport pictures) is taken from other sites.
However, when I evaluate pictures that are clearly non-original I always put one sterr less of how much I would chose if the picture was original. It is a way to show appreciation for original pictures smiling smiley"?

I like the idea mkcerusky, nice one. What are your views on Frank's progression? Haven't seen anything from him for ages, he was around for a few months I think. Probably not enough time for a real evolution of images.

Well....a few months but enough to get so many points! Actually I imagined that he had posted a lot of adult material alike picture, and surprisingly I found out that it is not the case, so I was wrong when I was thinking that the more porno a picture is the more points it gets....

As I just posted the other thread, I started out as a NGH maker now I post mainly original pictures.

I would class F_D's pics as some of the most interesting then TommyT's. I will admit some are just snow snow snow to me (I hate snow) but i still look at them and rate them on what i think, when i rate the pics I always take into account, originality, view, and how will the photographer took the pic.

I have enjoyed uploading the baby bird series and I hope to get more like these over the coming months.

Now i have the Canon with a good zoom I can't wait for July for the humpback whale migration up the coast (also getting some RPG's incase there are whalers chasing them).

Keep up the good work everyone and a lot of you anon poster try and sign up so it can be a little more personal.

Hey F_D, I could have really lashed out in my last comment about what is happening south of Australia but I held back my comments because of one friendly man going by the name of TommyT.

As the japanese minister said in Australia :There is a big difference between east and west:

What he said is true, I remember coming home from school at 15yo and seeing rows of people at the beach i dropped my bag and ran over the road. There, not less then 30 mtres away, was a humpback whale putting in the show of a life time. If only I had the photography in me back then. But 16 years on whales mean as much to me now as they did back then.
