99.9% of my Landscape images are taken by me (or by me wife).
100% of the silly "paint"-ed pictures are made by me.
Most of the pictures representing paintings are taken by me, and usually represent paintings made by me.
The rest (mainly sport pictures) is taken from other sites.

However, when I evaluate pictures that are clearly non-original I always put one sterr less of how much I would chose if the picture was original. It is a way to show appreciation for original pictures

i wish i could afford a camera good enough to take really good shots, but alas piracy is so much cheaper. i was talking to a friend today that has a 12 megapixel camera and it takes the most amazing shots i think i've seen....but he says it's $4000.00 for the base then he has to buy lenses too! *holy fucking shit*! all he takes are shots of his rug rats! damn! he says he has a canon rebel, 8 megapixels he wants to sell for $600.00. holt f'n shit again! are these things that expensive?
i'll just stick to my =inside= piece of crap i guess.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

As you may know I started on this site as a NGH poster, i am not sorry for that. It got me into photoshop and I have learnt a lot since then.

I live over from the beach so I get a lot of good beach pics.
I hope you like the pics of the birds growing, my neighbours have been going on about getting the trees cut down because of the leaves but they are also the first ones to look everyday when there is a nest.

I haven't had the net on much so I haven't been able to upload but I will be doing somemore picture taking over the next few weeks and maybe the odd NGH here and there.

Don't be shy, the excuse of I live in aboring area means nothing, remember what you think is boring may appeal to someone else.
One mans trash is another mans treasure.

F_D, TommyT, MkCerusky and myself may have set the standard but it is up to everyone to keep that standard. Maybe if we all started using the category section as well to keep it all clean.

This website is not =designated= for photography or any other category. If you want landscapes, castles and birds in nests then I enjoy that too. But if you really get off on it, go to google and type _photography club website_ and choose from one of the 16 million possible sites to see some boring pictures.
