What do you think of the Nigga Head? For those that think it is racist is it because it is called Nigga Head or because we are pasting a afro american head onto something? Would you be so upset if we changed the name to something else? If not we are open to suggestions.

What do the site owners think of it? I have noticed you have taken down a few.

For those people that call me a child or unemployed in my mothers basement you couldn't be any further off the mark. I am a business owner in Australia and it was using +613 that got me onto photoshopping and I went and bought the program. I don't feel comfortable using the word nigga but they call themselves that is rap songs and so on so what is the racism about? I have enjoyed making these pictures to destress during the day.

The thing I find funny is everyone hates it but they take the time to open the picture then type that they hate it.

Hrmm.. The whole postings of the 'replaced head series'..

Personally I would have to say i've only seen one picture head replacement that's made me laugh (don't recall which) and the overall amount of pictures that have been uploaded with replaced heads has kinda annoyed me at times (tho that's never been a reason for removing. only time i've removed images, that i recall, is if the image has contained nudity etc - belongs on porn613).

I really see it as just another twist to the already twisted tale that 613 has become. It'd be nice if something fresh was created or maybe the amount was toned down and maybe only the better creations uploaded.

Personally the content that seems to be being uploaded has lost some of the quality feel that was being uploaded a few months ago. It'd really be nice if we could start seeing some fresh funny/interesting/beautiful images being uploaded again. A semi-regular series of pics i do enjoy is the Guess the Object that mkcerusky has been doing.

That said if it really makes your day john to upload these images don't let my opinion stop you.

And for the rest of you who are sick of seeing these pics, upload other images that will lesson the blow of 'Da Nigga Head'.

Oh and also if you speak to afrian americans (maybe some can speak up here and correct me if i'm wrong) but the word 'nigga' is used as a power word. ie they can use it, but you get a honky using it and they will 'put a cap in his ass'.

Thanks Dark Klown, It's good to get some feedback from one of the admins............However, when people who make comments that these pics are "tired or repetetive" I could not disagree more. I have not seen one Nigga Head posting that has been the same. Each has their own quality......Yeah, some are funny, some not so funny.....Some posters (like myself) have poor photoshop skillsonly cause I don't have the right software) and others have posted some corkers! But nevertheless, they are all different in their own right.

And to add to John Winston Howard's comment, I said some time ago now to those who don't like these postings..........."If you don't like what you see in the uploads window.......DON'T CLICK ON IT!!!!!!!" Post a complaint in this, the forums gallery instead and see who responds.............Other than that, keep posting your own pics and enjoy what you WANT to see, not what you DON'T want to see.

I also suggest that those who do like having fun posting "Da Nigga Head", PUT A NAME TO YOUR POST..............Cause if some of the pics do go missing, you can check the back catalogue by clicking on the posters' name. You cannot do that if you leave the post as "anonymous". That's what the person who posted the original Nigga Head did.........and we don't know who that is, maybe it was Da Nigga Head Himself!!! All I know it was called "Make a caption" Otherwise, it was Whitetrash who posted the first funny Nigga Head pic and the rest is history. LONG LIVE THE NIGGA HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't get upset being called an Aussie

using it in a foreign newspaper is a different matter though. Then it becomes deliberately insulting because journalism is a form of semi-formal writing that is published to a broad spectrum of the public. Think of using "The Yanks have invaded Iraq", in a British publication and you understand how the meaning of "Yank" or "yankee" changes. I called fossil a Yank not so long ago but it had a meaning different to that above even though the rest of the sentence was clearly abusive (as is often the case). ;-) It might be alright on the sports pages: "Aussies lose to Japs: 9-16" f.egs, but "Ozzies invade Japs As WW3 Begins" is just stupid.
