Whenever anybody posts a picture of a kid, it is always taken as child porn. I have posted pictures of friends who are also teens that are NOT pornographic, but someone always posts something saying that they are coming to get me or something. I can understand why some people might find this picture weird(http://www.plus613.com/image/11450), but people even attack an innocent image I took (http://www.plus613.com/image/10685). So does every picture of a minor kiddie porn? Please tell me so that I could stop offending people who completely misunderstand me!

It is not pornographic unless someone is sexually stimulated by it, but some people are weird and can get off to pictures of cars, vegetables, old women with cottage cheese thighs and yellow teeth. In the case of people who are stimulated by pics like yours, the problem is theirs, not yours, but be aware that there may be people viewing this site who do get off by checking out pictures of minors. That being said, it is your decision whether or not to allow the photos you take (and possibly the people in them) to be subjected to those types of people.

Don't forget the fact that most white american's are neurotic about sex, and are willing to try to ban something they don't think they should like. They tell themselves that they don't want something, and then they fetishize it even more. They are quite hung up about being erotic beings. Compare with the term "erotic". -- Some people jump to conclusions, and your first pic with the face and the blurred object, in the context of plus613 which is a huge pornfest, can easily be interpreted as having a sexual theme. Ergo the blur is a cock, and the face is an underage, non-consenting boy. Is this true? Personally that pic does nothing for me. The crowd picture is not porn by any standard. The webmasters seem to have a fairly specific idea of what child porn is, if you read the rules under the "Add" page:

Surely if you believe a picture of a child is pornographic, then you are the one who has the pervertion, not the photographer. Granted, if the minor is in a sexual position or situation then, yes, thats child porn. But to have a pic of a kids face with a blured finger is perfectly normal. The idea that someone thought it was a penis is just disturbing.

I agree, it's very much 'in the eye of the beholder'. Having said that, there's no way I'd post pictures, however innocent, of my grandchildren, knowing that these perverts are going to drool over what they see as a sexual content.
