The last 2 digits of your IP address.
So if your IP is (example) 42.81.90.126 your number is 90126
This means that yes, in theory 65,536 other people can have the same number as you, and if you don't have a static IP (the same IP address every time you connect to the internet) it will constantly change.
Unless you create an account, which does away with all of that.
