Why not add something like a private messaging system on here? That would allow users to message individual people instead of posting questions for them on the main site. It may even cut down on the public flaming

It's a nice idea, and something we will be looking into as we move to expand the functionality of the forum over the coming weeks.

For it to truly work, however, we need a lot more people to register accounts (and use them). Of the 7000 odd daily unique users this site receives, we have a total of 345 registered users.

Anybody who posts an image comment and has an @xxxx after their name has not registered their account. In order to make the site function properly, and make things like the suggested image box work, the more people who register and use their accounts the better the site will be. The list of useful things a registered account will give you grows daily

I would have thought that the more benefits to registering the more users will register.
