Is it possible to get the search feature upspec'd so that it searches on tags and comments associated with an image? For instance I was looking for this pic and could not find it using 'boat' even though 'boat' is used in the comments, or 'ship' even though 'ship' is one of the tags. I only found it by going back through my image comments, but if I hadn't commented on it I would have given up looking rather than trawl through thousands of images.

This might help stop reposts too.

Easy, all you have to do is train the morons on this site to use the tags properly, or wait until llando gets around to tagging every image properly. Should only take a few more years. Go lllando!

Read my post properly berto - this pic has a tag 'ship' and the search didn't pick it up!

Err.. searching for ship will bring up a box that says:

tag search results for ship
ship with 11 images spaceship with 5 images shipwreck with 1 images battleship with 1 images worship with 1 images
relationships with 1 images

you can then click on the tag 'ship' which brings up that image. Or would you prefer the thumbs to just display anything that matches including the 11 images from the tag ship?

Well now I feel stoopid! Sorry dk, I didn't even notice the tag search heading there and only looked at the image thumbs (doh!).

Sorta like how ya use the voting system properly,huh berto
