Alrighty then skull, let's get right to it shall we ?

First things 1st, if you have some hidden message in your prior posts about NOT posting images or comments until October it seems I'm not the only one to have missed it since several others have also asked the same quesion. To that end, instead of claiming there is some message in your posts that recounts that statement and telling us to all "read it again!" why not just repost the mentioned statement ? I have pretty decent reading comprehension skills and having read all your posts in this thread several times have found no such message in your writing.

Next up, once again I will reiterate that if you have issues with my posts your best redress is to post your concerns within the stickied thread here specificically for that purpose along with the proper link to the mentioned posting. This is the proper procedure, while ranting away as you've done above is seldom very productive, most specifically since it is not addressed to the mods or list owners, and as such it may not even be read by them, which is of course WHY there is a stickied thread for that purpose.

I understand quite well that there are 2 separate sites here, Plus and Porn 613. Both serve different purposes and exist for different reasons and ... I have posted images to both sites. Evidently your thoughts are that some of my posts here on the Plus side are afoul of the TOS for the site, and that some of the posts to the Porn side are as well, but we'll get to that.

Let me relate that what you are stating is simply your opinion of such a violation to the T'sOS having occurred and that simply because you hold this opinion does not necessarily make it the truth, only your view of what you feel the truth is.

While mentioning the TOS ideas let me remind you that it says quite plainly this site is meant for adults and that anyone under 21 should not be viewing images here. This means the portion of your rant about concerns over kids viewing some of the iamges here are actually, by nature, the resposibility of such kids parents to police their internet browsing, which is as it should be in my mind. One can state that parents aren't going to do so, but in reality, they are ultimately resposible for their kids, so it is up to them to insure they are restricted from viewing such sites or accept responsibility for the fact that they indeed have viewed such sites.

Now let's turn the focus to your claims of my having posted pics of underage chics. If you feel so strongly about this, again, there's a stickied thread to post your concerns. Secondly, if you feel I have violated laws relevent to child porn, there are legal avenues to address these concerns and I implore you to do so if you feel so strongly about this.

However, since you have made such claims which find personally quite insulting, I'd like to ask that you make some effort to PROVE these accusations. It's really easy to rant and rave and state that you "think" the mentioned images are of underage women, but in doing so you should certainly be ready to back up such outrageous claims or else keep your mouth shut.

Just as an aside to this conversation let me relate a bit more about myself: I'm a loving father of 2 daughters, 17 and 25, have been married 3 times and have had many other relationships before and after my marriages. I adore and love women in general and only hold a few misogynistic thoughts about women, though these thoughts are ones borne out over the years and the experiences I've had with women. I absolutely ABHOR child porn and child molesters and hold the view that both should get exactly what they deserve by the fathers of the expolited and abused children they prey on and the legal system itself for their crimes. Now then, having stated all the above do you really think I would approve of, much less choose to actually post child porn ? My answer is NOT ON MY LIFE !

You stated I have made comments about liking young girls and let me clear up any misconceptions about that. As an absolute lover of women and indeed the female form, I have found that younger women are usually the best examples of the beauty of the female form. That is not to say that older women are incapable of physical beauty, only that very few women look as good at 30, 40 or older as they did when they were 18-25. While there are women who manage to retain their good looks for many years longer than others, women as a general rule don't physically age like fine wine, getting better and better every year. If you can refute this point I'd certainly like to hear your assertion of such logic.

To be totally fair I did watch the link you attached. If you think this chic who obviuosly seems to be running a pay-for-view skin site is a good spokesperson for your thoughts on older men viewing younger women online, well ... Ok. I would also say if this is such a concern foir her then perhaps she should stop accepting $$$$ from people above the age groups she personally feels should be viewing her site. My guess is her real commitment to her espoused ideology is in reality not sincere enough to actually do so. She's problee too busy filling out her deposit slips to honestly give a shit one way or the other, but that's just MY guess.

Skull, you're more than welcome to think of me however you choose to. As I stated before your perceptions are your own and as such have no place in anything but your own thoughts, certainly not mine.

As always, YMMV smileys with beer

What I meant was they'd all be finally called for what they are, slackers, media whores for their sorted (and seldom useful) porkbellied projects, and all in all what I see as plunderers and rapists of the American taxpayers dreams.

I don't think it serves us well to allow these folks to hold office any longer than the limitations placed on ones ability to hold the office of the president and this thought alone if ever implemented would have these "professional" legislators pukin up blood !

I haven't lost all hope for us yet, but I am beginning to question a lot of how our legislators work their magic and think it's time to change some of that smileys with beer

You are talking civil war? I'd fight for the constitution being invoked as the moderation of our government, or am I just dreaming again? Nobody is listening to anyone about these issues. When brought up in a public arena person with in ear shot act as if you are speaking Japanese philosophy in Latin. "Like it has logic but it makes me "think" somehow and thinking is bad says the TV gods" You are a thought criminal mrkim. as is the rest of us here I am sure. shaDEz thoughtcriminal613.net!!!! ok back on topic... so how does one get control back to the people without the people giving it right back? how does this work? we are on 5th generation TV babies. I am 2nd-3rd generation TV babie and I escaped it only to find myself feeling very Afro Days Donald Sutherland pointing at everyone not making any sense. The planet is mesmerized and act accordingly to what is broadcasted and if you don't like that version of the same ol shite' then you can change the station. common mistake. food new car food new car food new car. I like neither. to that leaves me sitting face to face with mr wizard and cspan. You can guess I set fire to allot of things as a kid. How ever, my main concern is that our country is facing an anger epidemic, where the more we use escapism on others let fortunate at that moment is actually tearing ourselves down. Alternate religions are the same structure and we all lemming our way to the end of the cliff. DON'T MAKE EYE CONTACT.

Actually PLP, our thoughts are problee not all that far apart on what needs to be or should be done to right the listing ship we know as the US of A.

I too am a fan of return to the confines and constraints of a national government based entirely on the framework of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, which at this point would be revolutionary in itself !

The fed was never intended as originally outlined by the constitution to monitor nor address every facet of American life, though today that's exactly what it does. The fed was initially confined to address issues of national impact, protect the nation and leave most ancillary issues to be addressed by the individual states governments.

What we have today is a government moving dangerously ever closer to a point that is frightening to me personally. The fed is now capable of out and out subversion of the rights outlined in the constitution and are capable of spying on us for no more than someones "say so" as a seemingly valid reason for such actions, arresting and imprisoning those not in agreement with the decisions it makes even without the constitutional protections of habeas corpus or due process, and intent on controlling every facet of our lives in the process.

The concept of taxation without representation also seems to have unfortunately returned with a vengence upon the very shores where that concept was denied and fought against initially ! I say this because it seems though we citizens in good faith elect officials to head off to DC in our stead, once they get there they seem to totally abandon the concerns of the constituants who installed them there and choose to head off in whatever direction they instead choose even when in doing so they totally violate the concerns of the voting public and the trust these same people imbued them with in having elected them in the 1st place.

I have no misguided idea that I hold any firm answers to the solutions we need to put things aright again, but I do feel as if I at least have a few clues and as I've stated here several times before, they are :

1. Return to a completely Constitutionally based form of federal government !

2. Implement term limits to all elected officials. No more legislators for life BS !

3. Remove the perks federal legislators currently hold in regard to being able to bypass the retirement plan every other citizen here is forced to live within in their old age and make them all subject to the same Social Security pay outs as everyone else. If they were forced to share the same outlays every other citizen does, I bet they might actually manage to find a reasonable solution to the current problems with that system, but with themselves currently assured a much better deal than we get, they really don't seem concerned about resolving the issues that face 99% of all other Americans in their old age.

4. Dissolve the IRS and implement a federal sales tax instead. No more tax shelters or any such BS! If you make $20k or $20,000,000 the only tax burden should be in the amount of $$ you spend. This would take away sooooo much national angst experienced every April, dispose of a complete level of govermental bureaucracy, and once again make taxation a fair propostion since people would only be taxed on what they spend, not what they make.

This would by nature also address the huge amounts of money now made in the illegal areas of our society that currently go untaxed : illegal drug trade, gambling, prostitution and all the people who live under the taxable radar by working for cash. While everyone spends $$, not everyone is taxed and it certainly isn't currently done so in a fair and reasonable fashion either even when taxes are paid!

5. Bring our military home and stop all the international policeman BS. It hasn't worked so far and shows no signs of improving, so why keep putting ourselves in the way of such harm and continually risking the lives of Americans in doing so? It only seems to make more enemies than friends internationally and as such seems all in all seems totally counterproductive and far too expensive both in dollars and lives for what would seem reasonable for the return we receive.

6. Use the military to secure and enforce our existing borders. Invaders are unwelcome and those who choose to face the force and might of our military in attempting such an invasion should be able to expect (at the minimum) imprisonment and deportation, but certainly not limited to physical harm or death as a result of such efforts. The only people on American soil assured of the rights of the Constitution should be legal or legalized citizens .... PERIOD !

7. Close the borders to further immigration until such time that we get a handle nationally of the rampant immigration problems we now face.

8. Focus the windfall of $$ the fed would have by NOT paying out billions and billions of dollars to other countries all over the world for military base leases and ancillary expenses for procurement of supplies for the military in these countries and redirect these funds towards education of our children.

The American schools have become much more akin to socialized day care and very little real education is taking place anymore. We've slipped ever lower in the international standings in the overall education our children receive and as the richest nation on earth that's an absoltely shameful thing !

9. Stop the misguided and extremely costly war on drugs BS. Legislating morality has never worked and never will. While it could be said such a move would lead to a more anesthistized America, I disagree. Many people use drugs for many reasons and always will, legal or otherwise and some with Darwinian results.

People too weak to control their own lives and addictions will eventually dispose of themselves if left to their own devices so why should we pursue and jail them at such a great expense to the public ? If money is to be spent on the drug problem within our society I think it could be best spent on education and rehabilitation with far better overall results than from imprisonment.

Just a basic framework of my thoughts on these issues and far from everything I'd like to see occur here, but I think the above ideas could at least go a long way towards putting us on the right path thumbs down
