The 1st report I saw on this yesterdee was like no biggee, he's ok, just bonked his head yet now it seems much more serious. Sure hope he comes out alright, would sure be a heckova way for man like Michael to leave the building

It sounded pretty serious from the start here. Reports are that there's been a slight improvement but it's still hour by hour.

Apparently his helmet split in half from the impact. Sounds pretty nasty.

Nearly 4 years later he's still a vegetable. No updates for years, can't move, can't speak.. but is clearly "there" ..

Evidently his family is keeping everything as far outta the press as possible. Read something that said he'd always been one to keep his private life private and that they were honoring that idea.

So sad that after having given so many great moments to F-1 racing and fans that his later life would turn out this way
