They're always crying about something. No matter how much help they get, how many programs are put into place, they're still a burden on society. For whatever reason, they can not evolve.

I don't think it's a problem of evolution.
We are all capable of the same things and at the same level of evolution.
The problem is social and cultural.
Socially: Minorities are always treated and represented as such.
Cultural: The choice of Role Models is pretty fucked up in the USA.

With all the helping hands out there, NAACP and black history month and the fact that no one living is directly affected by slavery come on... Just sad....
