It's the international dialing code for Melbourne (Victoria) in Australia.
For example +61 (3) 8888 8888.
I use it distinguish the global account logins for the Skype users in our company so the usernames are easy to remember.
+613 is my office in Melbourne.
+316 is the Holland office.
etc.

Either we've lost a lot of stats or views are down massively.. 2-3 years for the first hundred million, 7 years for the second.

I reckon a bunch of porn613 hits are lost because it used to be a lot more than double the views of plus613. Hits are definitely down, long gone are the days of 1000+ online - they were fun smiling smiley
