=Aizu= is =Aizu area= or =Country of Aizu= ,
west area of Fukushima prefeuture. That Area's central city is Aizu Wakamatsu city, and many towns and stations name use =Aizu XXX= .
Niigata prefecture's area was =Echigo= .
