Something is very wrong with this pic.
1. bloody missing piece tail.
2. if I'm not mistaken, that is a blow gun. There is no way in hell he took that monster with a dart.
3. never...EVER will you catch me in a don't mess with Texas t-shirt.
4. i do have several fossil shark tooth necklaces.

You know there's gar that big around Dallas in the Trinity River doncha John?

We used to go canoeing and bow fishing for gar. One day we were easing down the river and what looked like a good sized log just submerged!

Those bastards can put up a helluva fight too

Most of 'em you'll ever encounter here are not nearly as big as these monsters.

When we used to go bank fishin my old man carried a hand axe just for gar. If we got one on the line and drug it in he just lopped off their head.

They're just a trash fish thats only grace (other than puttin up a helluva fight) is to decimate the populations of edible game fish
