The world’s first autonomous vehicle for the transport of aquatic life on
land in a gaseous atmosphere, or terra firma, has passed an initial series of
crucial tests and is poised to make history. The Terranaut swims safely in an
aqueous vessel called the “cockpit,” steering the vehicle with its
movements. A camera above the cockpit tracks the movement of the Terranaut
within the vessel. The Terranaut’s location is then wirelessly transmitted to
a remote processing station, where the data is converted into motion commands
and transmitted back to the motion controller on the vehicle.

i hope they realize that the fish would be driving damn near blind when it is
looking through such an intense lense (on side of the bowl) take my word for it
or just apply lenz's law - if i rememeber correctly all incoming light (from any
appreciable distance) will focus at the other edge of the bowl (assuming it is
roughly spherical)
