Pretty sure it was Coke that started this with glass bottles, or someone out of
Atlanta.
Up until they bribed a Congressman, it was the soda makers responsibility to
collect all the bottles. Same as the milk co-op's.
Then they had the law changed and voila no more cleaning and re-using bottles!
