Of course you did! So you too know there was something sus about Captain Phillip. It was wrong to introduce Terra Nullius, and word it to say "The land was empty", when we can all see aborigines. Mr Mabo's competing wording is superior, but also flawed. It should say: 'The land was empty of government and individual land ownership'.
