Never been there though it's only 10 minutes away and I'd driven past probably 10,000 times even before the building was there when I lived south of town.

I did the math and it's closer to 6500 or 7000 times I drove by that spot. Passed it on the way to work every day for about 25 years and an unknown number of times besides.
