Quasi, whoever put together your pic misuses their ellipses. The 1st one is
used correctly but others are omitted (and mind you I am NO master of proper
English). And when someone does this with Trump speak it turns what is purported
to be a quote in to lying propaganda, because it appears to make him sound a
little unhinged. If you want to quote something verbatim that actually sounds
unhinged then provide a quote from Joe Biden. Not from his speech in
Philadelphia 6/2/2020. that was actually a good speech(because of the
teleprompter). The only thing wrong with it is that he was
lying/pandering/bullshitting the entire(well, I listened to as much as I could
stomach) speech. So hey, we found something else Biden is good at besides
plagiarism. Here is what appears to be(I'm not going to listen to the whole

I couldn't find the whole presentation but everyone will notice in this clip
that evidently someone had given some sort of presentation about potatoes just
before Trump took the podium:

...and then Trump said what he said:
"We're going after Virginia, with your crazy governor, we're going after
Virginia. They want to take your Second Amendment. You know that, right? You'll
have nobody guarding your potatoes."
You did not dare to explain why this statement was dumb because you
couldn't/can't. There is nothing wrong with this statement either.
