From the looks of it to me there aren't many places to park in that lot that could not be potentially hit by a falling lamp pole.

I always park so that when I leave the store and veer right at a 45° angle I will find my car...and if Im going to use a shopping cart I park next to or near a cart return...x

After one too many drunken meanderings through the parking lot tryin to find my truck I finally mounted a remote emergency siren on the roof. Now I just step outta the store and hit the remote then head in the direction the people are running away from with the greatest sense of urgency.

Works like a champeen no matter how many sheets are sailin into the wind

Probably not really under, probably fell over and that that thin plastic tape blew under the wheel.
