I must say the Austin COTA track is pretty good, even if they did have to get a German to design it.

that was exactly what i was thinking the whole race. that track is cool! i didn't really care for the V shaped turn, but all the cross fall line turns etc......

i went down to Austin 15 or so years ago for drag boat racing on the river...that is one bad ass sport in person.
it sucks on TV.
