The only thing this proves to me is that someone is really good at creating
really crappy graphics presentations. The gubmint has been wasting our money all
along. There is nothing new in that and harping about it is nothing new either.
The TSA is just another gubmint agency to shoot rubber bands at. I don't
disagree with any of the stuff presented though. I also am capable of seeing the
challenges faced in the "war on terrorism". I don't agree with the
methods and find them distasteful and degrading to the American public, but
again there is nothing new in that. In times of war (and yes it is war) the
gubmint has a good record of being bad in the name of National Security. It is
nothing new. The same shit has been going on all along. Is it getting worse?
Yes, I think so. I also think it is a lot of the same old same old and because
we live in the "misinformation age" we get a lot more propaganda and
manipulation of facts in our faces than ever before, therefor it may actually
appear to be worse than it is. I try not to be an alarmist about it. Is it real?
Yes, at least some of it. Is it misleading information? Damn right it is. It is
political propaganda. Nature of the beast. I appreciate the increased
willingness of the people to question the actions of the government but I think
we should try to keep a balance perspective and attitude not overreact.

MrKim, I thought it was a very "catchy" graphic presentation. Nice
job, but to bust everybodies balls... I'd let someone tickle my testicles if it
might keep my plane out of the side of a building. And if you think all that
seemly useless screening, scanning and probing hasn't done any good at all, you
be crazy.

Yeah, ticklin this 56yr old white guys ballz or feelin up granny or the 4yr old
for huggin her goodbye will really keep us all safe huh?
The point is for all the $$ they've spent and the embarrassments the flying
public has had to endure in the process while avoiding the obvious fact that
EVERY fuckin air terrorist attack has been perpetrated by one particular group
is ridiculous at best.
If I looked like a middle easterner I'd EXPECT to be singled out, but that dudn
happen, it's the rest of us that get the stink eye for their actions and that IS
ludicrous.
After 9-11 El-Al offered to train our security agencies in their tactics that
obviously have been working well for years. Instead we got our freedoms
curtailed and longer lines at the terminals/boarding gates while grannies and
little kids get groped and scared, oh yeah, what a great success story

In a murder investigation when witness' and evidence indicated a 20 year old
white male, the police do not waste time looking for a 60 year old black female.
Is that profiling? Yes. Is it wrong? No. So why do people think profiling
is wrong in security screening at the airport?

responsibility of controling their own country.
Youse all only wanted to be "entertained" during the 80s, "don't
