Looks like a perfect target for road debris. I had to replace the oil pan on my Prelude a couple of months ago when somebody a couple of cars ahead blew a tire on the interstate.

From the looks of the screens (as opposed to actual filters) on the turbos intakes they're only concerned with keepin small furry animals from gettin sucked in.

Kinda have my doubts about the efficiency of such a dinky intercooler and all the inherent feet of intercooler plumbing this set up would need too.

For some real efficiency it would need one more like the size of the whole grill area, though I'd rather see 2 individual intercoolers occupying that space, again for shortening the tubing runs while adding to the overall efficiency in cooling the intake charge.

And a sprayer to cool the intercooler(s) would be a welcome addition though if it's a track car that would be verboten
