Moon Eyes decals traditionally represent use of the Moon Eyes hubcaps made famous decades ago before the trend moved towards cast wheels instead. With nothing more than stock steel wheels on this ride and none of the other "Moon" custom items present the decal looks seriously outta place on it.

With "rodders", the use of decals on a ride typically denotes that they actually use a product made by the company whose decal and logos they are displaying unlike racers who display decals to attain sponsorship $$ from wins with their stickers on the car. Most rodders are pretty much purists in this outlook, though obviously not all of them.

For these reasons this decal is seriously outta place here on a ride that borders on outright nasty which few owners would even consider "display worthy". To use a common phrase it's kinda like "puttin lipstick on a pig"
