This is the 1st of a series of such complexes to be constructed all across the
US as a part of the "Treat 'em like mushrooms, keep 'em in the dark and
feed 'em bullshit" campaign

This is why builders hate architects.

Years ago I was an installer of house gutters, aka rain gutters, aka eaves
troughs, to catch the rainwater coming off the roof of the house and direct it
to downspouts in order to carry it away from the house, an often challenging
task in an area that has frequent, torential rainstorms. Architects were my main
nemesis in those endeavors; hard to imagine they give little thought to water
runoff in their designs - not.

After an architect completes his studies, he should have to spend two full
years as an intern in the construction industry, one year of residential, and
one commercial, working from other retard architects' plans. Then, they should
be required to make at least one contribution to the Architect's Compendium of
Dumb Ideas, Volume I of which would be "Compound Curves".
