51-49 for 2 years isn't a majority that can actually do anything. This mess is
all on Bush.

Here comes the new slogan...
WAHHH! HUSSEIN DID IT ...

zxz555 Report This Comment Date: November 07, 2008 05:23PM
what's in a name?
fossil_digger Report This Comment Date: November 07, 2008 05:33PM
if that is true, why doesn't he use his other name?
blinkermann Report This Comment Date: November 07, 2008 06:10PM
Sadam Hussein spoiled the name. King Hussien of Jordan was probably the best
ally the US had in the middle east for decades.
Lexx Report This Comment Date: November 07, 2008 07:31PM
Hussein is Arabic for king or ruler isn't it?
ToucanSam Report This Comment Date: November 07, 2008 10:00PM
Don't forget Sadam Hussein WAS an ally to the U.S. too.
blinkermann Report This Comment Date: November 07, 2008 10:39PM
That's right Sadam worked for HW back when he was chief spook. I read that HW
really liked Sadam -- like the son he never had. That's why it was so rude when
Sadam tried to kill him.

How come when the gas prices were so high it was Bush's fault and now that it
is down we hear no "thank You George"? Can anyone see the fault in
the logic about everything bad is Bush's fault and nothing good that happens is
attributed to him?
pro_junior Report This Comment Date: November 08, 2008 01:40PM
maybe that's because gas prices went really, high really fast and have only
come down slightly...
jgoins Report This Comment Date: November 09, 2008 12:46PM
I don't know about where you live but here in Arkansas they dropped from almost
$4.00 per gallon to $1.95 per gallon much faster then it went up. Thank You
George

bush scared all the speculator assholes into selling off their stocks. they
were scared that bush was about to investigate them.
that is the truth.
jgoins Report This Comment Date: November 10, 2008 11:52AM
They should be investigated but it will never happen under Obama now.

<yawn>
once again, not that I'm saying that Bush doesn't deserve to be placed in a cell
for the rest of his life, this is the nature of capitalism
jgoins Report This Comment Date: November 11, 2008 12:39PM
He deserves to be in a cell only if there is proof he did something illegal not
because he did something some don't like.
blinkermann Report This Comment Date: November 11, 2008 02:19PM
JG is quite right. There must be proof. The same applies for Obama. No
convictions until there is proof.
The only real crimes attributable to W, and quite indirectly, relate to
violations of document retention policies and corruption of the civil service
process, but theses people will get blanket pardons and any proof will drift
gently down the Potomic. The rest is not crime, but tradegy.
