What's so wrong with Spam? This was a favorite camping and hunting staple in my family's cupboards for years. Diced Spam and scrambled eggs with hashbrowns and toast. Delicious. Mc Donald's and Burgerking serve it in Hawaii, where it's been a regular thing with the locals for decades.

Spam is versital. Spam sandwiches, diced spam and scalloped potatoes, diced spam fried with potatoes and onions, grilled spam on hamburger buns and so much more. Spam is delicious.

Mexacalie Spamy:

Cube one can of spam and toss in pot with 2 Tbs. of olive oil over med heat.
Break a 1"in diameter of spagetti into pot and toast pasta.
When on cusp of scorching not burning, pour in 1 can of tomatoe sauce and as much of your favorite salsa or hot sauce and two cups water and season.
bring to boil and reduce .When pasta is done remove and add cheese . OLE
