It is not an aerial photo. An aerial photo is taken from the air. I'm disappointed in you Nigel. Apparently you do not know it all. spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

Jeez Blahx, is it not permitted to be provocative anymore?

Anyway, the photographer may be jumping off the ground to take the picture, so it might technically still be an aerial photo....or a still photo...or a photo of still air...whatever!
