Looks more like bunch of PC users who are TRYING to use a Mac.

Mac OS X is the most stable system available right now. It's the whole reason that Windows is re-inventing itsself with the release of Vista. Unfortunately, Vista still has a lot of bugs in it.

By the way -- if you decide to upgrade to Vista, it looks at all your files and deletes any un-licensed MP3 and MP4 files from your hard drive. It's part of MicroSoft's attempt to try and enforce copyright laws and eliminate pirated music.

So enjoy losing all your free music, Windows fans.

well if your that stupid to pay ms a cent i suppose you could be dumb enough to attempt an install/upgrade without backing up all of your shit to another hd
but i wouldn't trust any proprietary vendor with not attempting to enforce cp right laws... check the legal threats link on the piratebay and you'll notice a lot of idle threats coming from apple as well

Windows XP will be and is the last Microsoft Product I will use.
Fedora is really nice, but for an average and easy Linux product Ubuntu rocks.

what fc you use? i heard that 6 is kinda buggy in grub, and to go with 5
ubuntu is what i'm running... yes it is really easy and all but i was taught on a redhat type and this debian shit puts some init and configs in weird ass places and some of those scripts are really alien (no pun intended) to me

a mac is just a different architecture: ppc or power pc
most recent releases of popular distros have a ppc version install, but there are still some bugs and shit peeps are bitching about... i don't know as i've never touched one before, but the hardware can't really be that different, just the processor reads a different set of instructions

I'd be talking out my ass if I were to get technical with you on Fedora. But 6 is what I used for my server and adding a additional HD after the install was complete became a catastrophic event. But once again I am an autodidact and know virtualy nothing about linux.
