You have a tough standard of old news.

It was announced 10 minutes before this was posted that a former page had sex with Foley. All that was reported prior to this was that Foley sought sex. There is a difference.

soliciting it and actually following through with it has around a 2-3 year difference in sentencing. therefore i consider it the same offense. don't get me wrong, i think he should fry for either as well as any other piece of shit, Rep., Dem., Ind., or any other people person or thing.
