I think they are wardrobe tags. So the exact same clothes can be used in a scene as are used in a promotional photo. It wouldn't do for the outfits to differ on the cover of the DVD case from those actually appearing in the movie.

the "price tags" are photo shopped in this is a screen shot of the actual movie and not some photo shoot. if you cant tell it is shopped you are stupid
